Throughout the spring and summer, SAS continues to facilitate essential travel such as flights to Stockholm and greater cities in Europe. From Scandinavia, SAS will reopen 180 direct routes to Europe, assuming travel restrictions have eased. Passengers are strongly recommended to be updated on entry restrictions and bring a valid Covid-19 travel certificate.

In line with our sustainability goals and Scandinavian heritage, SAS aims for global leadership in sustainable aviation. Now we’re accelerating our efforts. With more sustainable aviation fuels and our modern fleet of fuel-efficient aircrafts, our goal is now to reduce the total CO2-emissions by 25% (compared to 2005 levels) in 2025 instead of 2030, which was the previous target.

Food and beverages are served on all flights to/from Scandinavia with a duration over 50 minutes, including domestic flights in Sweden and Denmark. Breakfast and a limited café assortment are included in SAS Plus. Travelers in SAS Go can pre-order breakfast and buy snacks and beverages onboard.
